In order to use mobile banking you must be set-up for online banking and we must have your mobile-phone number on file. If you are set-up for online banking and have verified that we have your mobile-number on file you can follow the steps below to set yourself up on mobile-banking. 1) Log into your regular Internet Banking 2) Go to Services > Mobile Activation 3) Put in your Mobile-Phone number 4) Put in Provider Name (ex: AT&T) 5) Put in PIN number (password for Mobile-Banking, it must be 4 numbers) 6) Check all the accounts you would like to be able to see on Mobile-Banking 7) Put in nicknames you want for the accounts 8) Click on Submit 9) Go to Services > Mobile Security Maintenance 10) Pick 3 security questions & answers 11) Click Submit 12) On your mobile- phone, go to www.mbgo.net/1016 ∙ Your user name will be your Internet Banking user name ∙ It will ask for your PIN and also ask a security Question If you have any problems getting set-up or if you have any questions at all please contact us for assistance |
